5. Custom Orders
For customized products:
• Customers must provide accurate artwork, text, logos, and specifications.
• A digital proof may be shared for approval before production.
• Production begins only after customer approval.
• Errors approved in the final proof become customer's responsibility.
6. Pricing
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian tax laws.
• Shipping charges may apply separately unless mentioned.
7. Payment Terms

8. Artwork & Copyright
Customers are solely responsible for the content they submit.
By submitting artwork, customers confirm that they own the copyright
or have legal permission to use the content.
IMPRESS shall not be liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual
property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
9. Production Time & Delivery
Production time depends on:
• Product type
• Quantity
• Design complexity
• Customer approval
• Material availability
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service, weather conditions,
public holidays, transportation delays, or force majeure events.
10. Cancellation & Returns
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Customized products that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
Customized items cannot be returned unless they contain manufacturing
defects or production errors.
11. Inspection of Orders
Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
Issues regarding wrong products, manufacturing defects, or physical
damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
12. Website Usage
Users agree not to:

• Distribute malware.
